What does this firm do?
is a financing marketplace. We review a small-business request and outline structures — lines, term notes, factoring, equipment, merchant advances, SBA paths — that a capital source may be able to underwrite.
Does applying affect my credit?
The initial application is designed as a soft inquiry. A hard pull is not required to start. If a later product requires a hard inquiry, that is disclosed before it happens.
What are the typical starting qualifications?
About six months in business, around $15,000 in monthly revenue, and personal credit near 500 or higher. Frames, not guarantees.
How fast can funds arrive?
Days for some deposit-backed structures. Weeks for longer or SBA paths. We do not advertise a same-day guarantee.
Will I need a personal guarantee?
Often, yes, especially on smaller operating companies. The documents will say so.
Can I apply if I already have an advance?
Yes. Disclose the existing facility, the debit or holdback, and the remaining balance.
Do you fund startups with no deposits?
A company with no operating history is usually a different market than this desk.
Are you a bank? Are you the SBA?
No. We may coordinate bank, non-bank, and SBA-related paths. Program rules belong to the issuer and the agency.
What if I just want to compare products?
Start at the funding hub. You do not have to apply to read.
Why don’t you list awards, AUM, or a phone number?
Because this site will not invent them. Use apply@redwoodbaycapital.com or the application.
