Company

A desk that reads the statements before it names the product.

We are a financing marketplace for operating companies. We do not invent a balance sheet, a trophy wall, a street address, or a decade of history we have not earned on this page.

Calm working session in a quiet office

What this firm is

reviews small-business financing requests and matches them to capital structures a source can actually underwrite — lines of credit, term notes, factoring, equipment, merchant advances, and SBA-related paths.

That is a coordination role. It is not a promise that every file funds, and it is not a claim that we are the lender on every facility. When a third party issues the credit, we say so before you sign.

How we think about a file

Time in business, monthly deposits, existing obligations, and the use of funds tell us more than a slogan. A restaurant stocking for a holiday weekend is a different credit than a contractor waiting on retainage. We would rather decline a mismatch than force a product whose repayment fights the cash cycle.

A typical starting conversation assumes roughly six months of operating history, about $15,000 in monthly revenue, and personal credit near 500 or higher. Those are starting points, not a scoreboard.

What we will not put on this site

We will not list awards we have not won, assets we do not manage, a Better Business Bureau grade, a founding year we have not established, or a dollars-deployed figure. Until those facts are real and sourced, stays focused on the review — not a trophy wall.

  • Written termsCost, holdbacks, guarantees, and default language are discussed before a signature.
  • Online coverageInquiries are taken online. Availability still depends on the state, the entity, and the source.
